Rensselaer County Highway crews have re-opened East Hollow Road in Petersburgh after replacing a culvert over a stream near the intersection with Phillips Road. Work at the site continues. There is scaffolding still set up in the stream on the downstream side, and some patching of the concrete on the wingwalls, which were not replaced, is in progress.
