Scouts Provided Good Halloween Fun

Boy Scout Troop 222 and their guests had a lot of fun on the weekend of October 17 at the Second Annual Haunted House on Friday and Halloween Dance on Saturday in the Petersburgh Veterans Memorial Community Center. After a trip through the haunted house participants entered a tent outside the back door of the Center where there was a contained fire and apple cider donuts, apple cider and hot chocolate for everyone. DJ David spun the tunes for Saturday’s Halloween dance in the Center, which was decorated with hay bales and corn stalks. The Troop, who sponsored the events, would like to thank everyone who came and give a special thanks to Larry Eckhardt, Joanne Riccardi and Kirk Atwater for their help and donations. The Troop hopes to see everyone again next year.
