Registration for the 2009 Shatford Little League baseball season has begun! You can now register your child to play at our website, www.shatford.org. Please register your child soon as we hope to have teams set up as soon as possible.
Walk-up Registration sessions for the 2009 season at Shatford Little League will be held as follows:
ź Wednesday, October 22, at the Stephentown Elementary School from 5 to 6:30 pm;
ź Thursday, October 23, at the Walter B. Howard Elementary School in New Lebanon from 6 to 8 pm;
ź Thursday, October 23, at the Berlin Elementary School from 6 to 8 pm.
Children ages 5 to 16 who live within the Shatford Little League boundaries are eligible to enroll to play Shatford Little League Baseball. Registration is still required if the child has played in previous seasons.
At least one parent or legal guardian must be present, with proof of residence and an original or state-certified copy of the child’s birth certificate. The documents will be reviewed and returned at time of registration. Board Vacancies
There are two vacancies on the Shatford Little League Board of Directors.╩ Nominations and elections will be held at our next Board meeting on Wednesday, November 12. The Board meets the second Wednesday of every month at 7 pm at the New Lebanon fire house.╩ Please call Mark Van Zandt, League President for╩details at 794-9055.╩ We are always looking for new Board members, and other volunteers with new ideas. ╩Please consider running for the Board and volunteering to help us give your children a positive Little League experience
