Robert (Ski) and Phyllis Zakrzewski of Hoosick Falls celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Troy followed by a reception given by their children Karen and her husband Joseph Curran of Shaftsbury, VT, and Robert and Christine Zakrzewski, Jr. of Stillwater, NY, at the Elks Club in Troy.
Mr. and Mrs. Zakrzewski were married on October 25, 1958. 
They have five grandsons. Mr. Zakrzewski retired from the U.S. Navy in 1977 and the U.S. Postal Service in 2002. Mrs. Zakrzewski retired as a legal secretary from Holbrook and Johnston Law Office in Hoosick Falls in 2002.
