Four Mountaineers Play In Exceptional Senior Soccer Game

November 14, 2008 By eastwickpress

Four seniors from the Berlin boys soccer team took part in the annual Exceptional Senior game at Maalwyck Park in Scotia on Tuesday. Matt Tanner, John Zwack, Eric Remington and Freddie Morine all took part as the Central Hudson Valley League took on the seniors from the Adirondack League. While many people have called the Adirondack the stronger of the two leagues, it was the CHVL that came out on top on this day. After a long, evenly fought match, the CHVL scored with just ten minutes to go to secure the win. All four Mountaineers played hard in the game.
