Tim McCart Inducted Into Troy Bowling Association Hall Of Fame

On November 1, in Mechanicville, NY, joined by friends and family, Tim McCart was inducted into the Troy Bowling Association (TBA) Hall of Fame Class of 2008 in the Achievement Category.  Tim is the first bowler from Barbecue Recreation in Hoosick Falls to be inducted for Achievement.

 The TBA Hall of Fame inducted its first member in 1968.  Currently, there are only 58 members inducted for Achievement.  Over the past 22 years, Tim has achieved numerous bowling honors including having bowled 16 perfect games and nine 800 three-game series.  In 2007, he won the Troy Bowling Association City Tournament Scratch All-Events and, with Matt Brownell, also won the Doubles Event.  In addition, Tim has been selected to the TBA All-Star Team six times. Tim has won many League High Average Awards and holds many house records, including the highest triple of 835.
