Stephentown – Betty Ann Olson, 77, formerly of Stephentown, NY, passed away Tuesday morning, November 25, 2008, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy, NY.
Born in Maine, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Minnie McNiel Dolan. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Boughton Olson. Betty was a graduate of Van Rensselaer High School. Betty enjoyed cooking and visiting with family and friends.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth R. Olson and his wife Kathleen of Stephentown, grandchildren, Michelle and husband Michael Ferriero of Coeymans, NY, Melissa and husband Daniel McMullan of Mechanicsburg, PA, Robert Olson and Jessica Olson of Stephentown, and six great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
