The Berlin Central School District Health Council will be sponsoring a Weight Watchers at Work Program. Meetings are approximately 45 minutes to one hour beginning with a confidential weigh-in for approximately 15 minutes followed by a 30 minute discussion. The meetings will take place on Tuesdays at 3:30 pm in the Berlin Elementary School Cafeteria. The program will last ten to seventeen weeks and will start when enough participants sign up.
