North Hoosick – Arron T. Burdick, 73, of Junction Road, North Hoosick, died on Saturday, January 17, 2009, at the Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, FL, after a brief illness. Born in Troy, NY, on August 31, 1935, he was the son of the late Elmer and Martha F. Tefft Burdick. He was a retired commercial pilot for S & S Air Service of Marianna, FL. Survivors include his companion, Joyce Glaspell of Fountain, FL, children, Eric and wife Kathy Amidon of North Hoosick, Cathy Russell of Berlin, Dan and his wife Cindy Amidon of Kenly, NC, grandchildren, Stephanie, James, Joseph and DJ Amidon.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Robson-Reinfurt Funeral Home, 72 Main Street, Hoosick Falls on Friday, January 23, starting at 4 pm for visitation. At 7 pm a Service of Remembrance will be held for Arron. Spring interment will be in Woodlands Cemetery in Cambridge, NY.
