The Hoosick Area Partnership for Parents and Youth is sponsoring a grant writing workshop on January 29 from 9 am to 3 pm. The workshop, at the Hoosick Community Youth Center, will assist people to sharpen their grant writing skills, learn the how-to’s of finding what grants are available to meet their needs, learn the proposal elements and how to package the proposal. There is no charge for this service.
The presenters are Margaret Casey, RN, MPH, Public Health Consultant, National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, Don Childs, Pastor, West Hoosick Baptist Church and Joyce Davis, Executive Director of the Hoosick Area Partnership for Parents and Youth.
