David S. Price graduated from the Air National Guard Academy of Military Science at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Knoxville, TN, and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Air National Guard.
The six-week, in-resident course curriculum is designed to prepare the officer candidate for initial assignment as a commissioned officer and to serve as a foundation to build a career in the Air Force reserve components. After graduation, the lieutenant either attends further career development training or returns to his resident state unit of assignment. Price, a C-130 aircraft navigator, is assigned to the 109th Airlift Wing, Schenectady.
He is the son of David W. Price of Blanchard St., Salem, and Stacy L. Niles of Fish Hatchery Road, Cambridge. His wife, Mary, is the daughter of Dr. Francis Pultorak and Ellen Pultorak of Buskirk.
The lieutenant graduated in 1995 from Cambridge Central High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in 2004, and a master’s degree in 2005, both from the University of Albany.
