Free Dinner For Seniors And Vets

February 20, 2009 By eastwickpress

The Halftime Sport Bar & Grill at 35 Church Street in Hoosick Falls would like to welcome all senior citizens 55 and over and veterans of our great nation to a free all you can eat beef stew, baked bread and dessert dinner from 4 to 6 pm on Tuesday, February 24. Beverages sold separately.

Times are difficult for everyone, especially for our seniors and veterans who are on fixed incomes. We should take care of them and give thanks, because they took care of us and have been there for us in our times of need. To show our appreciation, all of us at Halftime Sport Bar & Grill are proud to host these dinners on the last Tuesday of each month.

All other patrons are welcome to join us on those nights for a special price, and we will donate $1 per dinner to the Senior Center and towards the construction of the local Veterans Wall Memorial. Enjoy viewing one of our nine big screen TVs with a wireless speaker system at every table or virtual bowling on our 60” TV.
