Mountaineer Wrestlers Fall To Maple Hill

The Berlin wrestling team lost a league meet to Maple Hill this week as the Wildcats defeated Berlin on just forfeits alone.

The short handed Mountaineers did manage wins in the 130, 152 and 215 pound weight classes.  Billy Scully recorded a 4-1 win in the 130, while Max Fischer won 6-4 on a late takedown. Tim Chaudoin pinned his opponent in the 215 weight class. The Mountaineers are now training for this weekend’s Class D Sectionals at Whitehall.
