The New Lebanon Foundation will be holding an Arts Extravaganza at the Walter B. Howard Elementary School on May 16, and community members are needed to ensure a successful event. People interested in volunteering are invited to a planning meeting scheduled for March 26 at 7 pm at the elementary school. Volunteering opportunities are numerous, and workers are needed to help with publicity, set-up and clean-up, to assist with the dessert contest and auctions and to support the vendors.
Monies raised during the Arts Extravaganza will benefit the New Lebanon Arts and Humanities Fund which supports enrichment activities for the students attending New Lebanon Central School.
