Travis L. Knorowski

Averill Park – Travis L. Knorowski, 25, of Route 43, Averill Park, NY, died suddenly on Tuesday, March 10, 2009.

 

Born September 16, 1983, in Troy, NY, he was the son of Dennis M. and Laura J. Walker Knorowski of Averill Park. Travis attended Tamarac High School and had been employed by Abracadabra Personnel in Cohoes, NY, working in Asbestos Abatement.

Survivors, besides his parents, include his fiancee, Kristie L. Casey, his daughter, Cheyanne L. Knorowski, three brothers, Mark, Matt and Brett, a foster brother, Ryan Maharry, his paternal grandparents, Sig and Bev Knorowski of Cropseyville, NY, and his maternal grandmother, Donna Walker, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his maternal grandfather, Emerson Walker.

A Service of Remembrance was held on Sunday, March 15, at 2 pm in the Hall & Higgins Funeral Home, 457 NY 43, Stephentown, NY. Relatives and friends were invited to the funeral home on Sunday starting at noon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Travis’s daughter, Cheyanne L. Knorowski, in care of Jane McDermott, 169 Carrolls Grove Road, Troy, NY, 12180, to be used for an educational fund.
