Elton and Margaret (Veldran) Maxon were married April 11, 1944, at the United Methodist Church in Berlin, NY. They have two sons, David and daughter in law Sally of Grafton, NY, and Danny and daughter in law Rose of Waynesboro, GA. They have ten grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Elton served four years in the armed services. Then he retired after working 35 years at WJ Cowee’s. Margaret worked at Southern Vermont Medical Center for several years.
They now enjoy playing cards at the senior center and spending time with family and friends.
