Poker To Benefit A.D.A.P.T.

April 10, 2009 By eastwickpress

Attention Poker Players!  There will be a Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament on April 18,  at the North Hoosick Fire House to benefit A.D.A.P.T. (Alcohol, Drug, Abuse, Prevention, Team).  The tournament begins at 1 pm, doors will open at 12:30 pm. There is a $35 buy-in and cash prizes. Tinkham Real Estate is sponsoring the event. The funds raised will be used to provide a fun and safe after-prom activity for students attending the prom.

A.D.A.P.T. is in its 25th year.  For the past 25 years parents of junior class students fund raise and organize after-prom events for their children and yours.  Parents, administrators, staff and teachers also volunteer their time to chaperone these events.  A.D.A.P.T has been successful for the past 25 years due to the generosity of the community.

Pizza and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase. Call Rick Ferrannini with any questions at 686-4728
