June Programs At The New Lebanon Library

• Coffee House Night – Friday, June 5, at 6 pm featuring the music of singer/songwriter Linda Worster. Light refreshments will be served.
• Poetry Group – Monday, June 15, at 6 pm; Poets of all ages are invited to come and share their work.
• Workshop: “Social Networking, Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn and More” – Thursday, June 18, at 7 pm. Have you been wondering what social networking is? Join Marcia Mayper and learn about some of the major social networking applications.
• Workshop: “Computer Basics” – Friday, June 19, at 11 am. In this hands-on class, Doug Banker will guide you through the basic things you must know to keep control of your relationship with the computer.
• Bingo for Kids – Tuesday, June 23, at 2 pm – cookies, juice, prizes and fun for kids aged 6-12.
• Candyland, Monopoly, Scrabble and Pictionary for Kids – Thursday, June 25, at 2 pm – snacks too.
• Family Movie Night – Friday, June 26, at 7 pm. Come enjoy a free showing of a current film for the whole family. Call for title.
• Games Night for Teens and Tweens – Tuesday, June 30, at 6 pm. Bring your games and your appetite (pizza provided!).  We’ll also provide a Nintendo Wii, Rock Band 2 Wii Sports, DDR and Bee Movie Game. Feel free to bring board games as well.
All are welcome to these events. For further information on any of these programs, please call the New Lebanon Library 518-794-8844. The Library is located at 550 State Route 20, 1/4 mile north of the yellow blinking light at the intersection of Routes 20/22.
