Poestenkill Business Assn. Auction Is June 6

Poestenkill Business Association President Harold VanSlyke announced the Association’s 17th Annual Auction on Saturday, June 6, at the V.F.W. Pavilion on Veterans Road in Poestenkill.  Previews start at 10 am with bidding at 11 o’clock.
With Ray Pfeiffer as Auctioneer, bidding is lively and continues in the Pavilion rain or shine. Tables and benches are plentiful, and a concession stand offers hot dogs, hamburgers and beverages.
Each year at this time members of the Business Association gear up to accept donated auction items, which are much appreciated. They range through furniture, tools, toys, services and more. Please phone Roger Bubie at 283-4110 for pickup of large items.
Since 1992 a great many local organizations and community members with special needs have been assisted through proceeds from the Poestenkill Business Association’s Annual Auction.
