National Volunteer Week was recently celebrated at the Hoosick Falls Health Center with a luncheon for the Auxiliary hosted by Administrator Paul Corbett.
Jane Richardson, Food Service Director, and her staff prepared and served a delicious meal of lobster and seafood Newburg over rice and roast tenderloin with mushroom Bordelaise sauce.
Mr. Corbett and Maureen Martinez, Director of Recreation, thanked Auxiliary President Margaret LeStage and the volunteers for their outstanding service and dedication to the Center.
