Youth Struck By Car In Hoosick Falls

Hoosick Falls Police, Fire Department and Hoosick Rescue Squad responded to an accident on Nixon St. on Sunday afternoon where John M. McDonough was struck by a car. Police and firefighters were first on the scene. McDonough was transported to Southwestern Vermont Medical Center by the Rescue Squad. Investigation of the accident is still pending. McDonough’s parents, Mike and Sue, wish to express their appreciation to all of the rescue personnel on the scene for the concern and care they gave their son. Photo by Steve Bradley.
