Ethan Myers Named HFCS Salutatorian

Ethan Myers, son of Tylar and Jessica Myers of Hoosick Falls, NY, is this year’s Salutatorian of the Class of 2009 at Hoosick Falls Junior/Senior High School.  Ethan has a grade point average of 97.22.  Ethan has been actively involved in sports, playing football in grades 9 through 11, baseball in grades 9 and 10, basketball in grades 9 through 12 and golf in grade 12. Ethan was  a member of the school’s band for 2 years, and he was inducted into the National Honor Society as a sophomore, maintaining active participation for 3 years.  Ethan was named a National Merit Scholar Commended student, and he was a Questar Art Show award winner for the past 2 years.  Ethan will be attending Northwestern University in the fall of 2009.  Congratulations Ethan!
