Petersburgh Town Supervisor Mason Hubbard’s new dog Spankie, comes to the Veterans’ Memorial Community Hall to get his exercise each morning. Mason keeps his leash on and Spankie quickly learned how to carry it so he would not trip on it. Spankie came from Mississippi to the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society and from there to Mason’s home.
