The August $21 basic menu consists of 2 (1 lb.) packages of tilapia fish fillets, 1 lb. of 90% lean ground beef, 3 lbs. of sweet Italian sausage rope, 1 lb. of packaged chicken patties, 1 cantaloupe and a 5 lb. bag of potatoes. Special #1 at $18 is 10 lbs. of baby back ribs (three full and a partial rack). Special # 2 at $19.25 is a 10 lb. box I.Q.F. boneless/skinless chicken breasts (individually packaged).  The Meat Box at $32 contains 2 lbs. marinated sirloin steak tips, 3 lbs. chicken tenders (2/1 lbs.), 3 lbs. pepper steaks (8/6 oz.), 2 lbs. bulk breakfast sausage (2/1 lb.), and 3 lbs. boneless spare ribs (2/1 lbs.).
