The Petersburgh Public Library invites children and youth to join us in activities for the summer reading program.
Tuesday morning at 10 am on August 4 pre-school story hour will feature “Shapes All Around Us.” On Wednesday, August 5, at 2 pm everyone is invited to “Create Your Own Songs” led by Martha von Schilgen. Join us for music, singing and creative composition.
Pre-schoolers and school age youth are invited to read for pleasure this summer. Sign-up at the Library or online at petersburghpubliclibrary.org and enjoy reading books of your choice. Reading requirements must be completed by Monday, August 17.
Book Group
The Library book discussion group is reading The Accidental Tourist by Anne Tyler. New members are welcome to join us for the discussion on Monday, September 14, at 7:30 pm. Copies of the book are available at the Library.
