St. Mary’s Academy To Hold Annual Golf Scramble And Alumni Banquet

St. Mary’s Academy in Hoosick Falls is hosting an Alumni Weekend for all alumni and friends of the school.
Golf Scramble
The activities begin with the Annual Golf Scramble at the Hoosick Falls Country Club on Friday, August 7.  An entrance fee of $70 per golfer includes greens fees, cart, lunch at the turn and light fare dinner in the evening after all golfers have finished.  Tee off times are available at 8 am and 1 pm on a first come, first served basis.  Spectators are also welcome to come and cheer on the golfers.
Banquet
On Saturday, August 8, a Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church at 4 pm followed by the Alumni Banquet at 6 pm at the school.  Banquet tickets are $35 per person. The banquet dinner is being catered by The Olde Firehouse Tavern and entertainment will be provided by DJ Joe Shaw.
After dinner, Jim Shaw, a 1961 alumnus of the school, will emcee the long-standing tradition of calling the roll call of classes as well as the induction of this year’s honorary alumni.  Special anniversary classes are encouraged to make their reservations early to guarantee seating.  All alumni and friends of St. Mary’s are invited to attend any of the weekend’s events.
