Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo

An International Day of Peace Walk from New York City to the Grafton Peace Pagoda will take place September 11-22. We will walk a total of 180 miles, typically walking 12-15 miles per day.  Feel free to join the walk at any point for any length of time.  Please respect that the walk will be free of drugs, alcohol and weapons. If you plan to join us for more than a day, please bring a sleeping bag. Everyone is invited for all or just part of the walk.
Walk Itinerary
Friday, September 11 –  Peace Vigil in NYC
Saturday, September 12 – NYC to Englewood
Sunday, September 13 – West Point to Cornwall-on-Hudson
Monday, September 14 – Hudson to  Kinderhook
Tuesday, September 15 – Kinderhook to Schodack Center
Wednesday, September 16 – Schodack Center to Albany
Thursday, September 17 – Albany to Niskayuna
Friday, September 18 – Colonie to Schenectady to Scotia
Saturday, September 19 – Scotia to Ballston Lake
Sunday, September 20 – Ballston Lake to Saratoga for Peace Fair
Monday, September 21 – Waterford to Troy. We will join the Candlelight Walk for Peace at 7 pm in Sage Park at Congress and 2nd St.
Tuesday, September 22 – Troy to Grafton
