Stephentown Open Mike Night Is On September 11

August 28, 2009 By eastwickpress

The August and September Stephentown Open Mikes, usually held on the second Sunday of each month, have been combined.  The Combined Open Mike will be held on September 11, from 6-9 pm.
Singers, songwriters, jazz musicians, classical musicians, country musicians and every other type of musician are welcome, as are  poets and storytellers.  Come bring your talents and share them with your neighbors. This is a quiet and respectful atmosphere, where new people and material are as welcomed as old songs and old friends.
We provide the coffee and the cookies.  Please feel free to bring other baked goodies, etc.  Come clear your throat and raise your voice with us.
The Stephentown Library is located on Rt. 43 in Stephentown,  mile west of the Rt. 22 – Rt. 43 intersection. The Open Mikes will return to the last Sunday of the month in October. For additional information, please call the Stephentown Memorial Library at 518-733-5750.
