NLCS Girls Soccer Round Up

New Lebanon 3 -Loudonville Christian 0
On September 11 the New Lebanon Varsity Girls soccer team beat Loudonville Christian 3-0. The score was 1-0 at halftime.
Total shots on goal Loudonville Christian 5, saves 15, Rosie Burgher goalie; total shots on goal New Lebanon 5, saves 5, Savanna Wood goalie. All New Lebanon goals scored by Geneva Furlano, one assist by Hannah Springer, one assist by Maggie Springer.
New Lebanon 3 – Doane Stuart – 0
On September 18 the New Lebanon Varsity Girls soccer team beat Doane Stuart 3-0. The score at the half was 3-0
New Lebanon goals were scored by Geneva Furlano, Hannah Springer and Lauren Sears with an assist by Geneva Furlano.
New Lebanon 5 – Rensselaer – 0
On September 22, the New Lebanon Varsity Girls soccer team beat Rensselaer High School 5-0. The score at the half was 2-0.
Total shots on Rensselaer goal – 30, 25 saves by goalie Marrisa Mendetta. Total shots on the New Lebanon goal – 2, 1 save by Jill Risko in the first half, 1 save by Lauren Sears in the second half.
New Lebanon scorers were Geneva Furlano with 3 goals and 2 assists, Juanita Eaton with 1 goal and 2 assists, Maggie Springer with 1 goal and Sara Magin with 1 assist.
The New Lebanon record is now 3-3 in the League and 3-3 overall.
