Graffiti Suspects Scheduled For Trial In Grafton

The New York State Police in Brunswick have been investigating a series of criminal mischief incidents that occurred in the Towns of Brunswick and Grafton the first week of August 2009. The criminal mischief involves the spray painting of several business signs, traffic control signs and cars. On August 10, 2009, three subjects were arrested for Arson 5th degree and Criminal Mischief, in regards to setting a chair on fire in the Town of Brunswick. These same three subjects were arrested Monday, August 31, 2009, for Criminal Mischief/Making Graffiti, a class A Misdemeanor, in regards to the graffiti incidents of spray painting in the Towns of Brunswick and Grafton.
These defendants are Brett A. Blanck, age 19, Brunswick, Dale A. Blanck Jr, age 21, of Grafton, and  Joshua C. Seger, age 18, of Brunswick.
They were issued Appearance Tickets and will appear in the Town of Grafton Court on September 8, 2009.
