Amy Manchester – Petersburgh Write-In Candidate

In a telephone interview Neil Manchester, Chairman of the Petersburgh Democratic Committee, said there will be no Democratic candidates on the ballot due to an unforeseen emergency that caused a delay in filing papers, combined with an objection by Nancy Brundige. The caucus was attended by only a few people and nobody wanted to run for office except Amy Manchester who was nominated for Town Council. No democratic candidates will appear on the ballot, but, because of encouragement from her supporters, Amy Manchester is running a write-in campaign to be re-elected to the Town Council.
