Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship Awards

High school seniors may apply for the Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship. A pool of 500 full 4-year awards, 482 $8,000 – $15,000 per year scholarships and 482 $1,000 awards for four years are based on scholarship, leadership and financial need. Forms are available on-line at www.elks.org/enf/scholars, at the high school guidance office or at HFCS from Terri Burdick of the Elks Lodge #567. All Hoosick Falls area forms are to be sent to Burdick by November 1 to be processed at the Lodge. In addition to these national awards, the Lodge also processes these applications for local awards.  Every year, there are three or more winners from this area. Don’t wait, the deadline is near.
