“It’s rare,” said Hoosick Falls Athletic Director Mike Lilac, “for four school teams at one time to get into Sectionals. We have three League Champs, and now we’re starting a new season. Hopefully we’ll get some Sectional Championships to go with those League Championships.” League champs are the Football, Field Hockey and Girls Soccer teams. The Boys Soccer team is also in Sectionals.
The Hoosick Falls Football team will play a quarter-final Sectional game against Canajoharie at home on Friday night. Seeding for Field Hockey will be determined on Sunday. Girls and Boys Soccer seedings will be determined next Tuesday.
