HIICAP – HEAP Clinic At Grafton Senior Center

Come to the Grafton Senior Center on Friday, November 6, at 11 am if you have questions on Medicare, EPIC or your prescription drug coverage. HIICAP can help (Health Insurance Information Council Assistance Program). If you can’t afford your Medicare Part B premium you might be eligible for assistance. The Medicare Savings Program is available to qualifying seniors.
New Applicants for HEAP may bring in their completed applications to be reviewed and collected.  You may receive your application in the mail by calling 518-270-2738.
