Winners Of The Petersburgh Rod & Gun ClubTurkey Shoot

October 9, 2009 By eastwickpress

Some of the Winners of the Petersburgh Rod and Gun Club Turkey Shoot posed for a picture. Matt DeShane, Rick Cerutti Sr., Carol Cavanaugh, Mark Vars, Curt Von Schilgen and his son and future winner, Warren, and, of course, Cole DeShane. The DeShane family who nearly cleaned up the shoot last time hit stiff competition with the camera shy Saunders family. They won three turkeys during this last shoot. The question of the day is - Which family is going to invite the community in to help them eat up all those turkeys? Merv Hegan won the summer long 50/50 splitting $761 with the club. Walter Walters won the Halloween basket but refused to get in the picture holding his prize. Photo by Mary Lou Walters.
