The Grafton Planning Board met on November 16 with a small showing. Most of the members were out due to the flu according to Chairman Owen Grandjean. Besides reviewing the minutes the only major discussion was about the Joe Delamater‘s appliccation to subdivide his property on Delamater Way into three pieces. He needs to solve a drainage issue. He is currently working with an engineer to correct this drainage problem. Also, there was discussion on whether to have a meeting next month since it will be during the Christmas week but that is still undecided.
