HF Boys Soccer Loses Sectional Semi-Final

HFCS varsity boys soccer played in a sectional semi-final game Wednesday evening against Schoharie at Johnstown High School. HF started out strong, dominating play. The first goal was scored by the Panthers’ Andrew DiDonato. Schoharie came back to tie it 1-1 at the half.
Unfortunately the second half belonged to Schoharie as they scored twice more, once with what was described as a beautiful cross and a gorgeous goal taking the lead 2-1. The final score was Schoharie 3-1. Both teams were evenly matched. All in all it was a very good game.
