HFCS Girls JV Soccer Has A Sparkling Season

November 6, 2009 By eastwickpress

The Hoosick Falls JV girls soccer team finished the 2009 season with a 12-2 record. Both losses were to Schuylerville. The team was coached by Lisa Ferrannini and Patrick Dailey. Megan Henry was the team’s ball girl. The team was very young and consisted of 4 sophomores, 6 freshman, 8 eighth-graders and 2 seventh-graders. Some of the players participate in soccer all year around – playing indoor soccer during the winter months and spring soccer for the Town of Hoosick. Several players attend camps in the summer, enhancing their personal skills. These facts all lead to a future of success in girls soccer at Hoosick Falls Central School.
