New Lebanon Girls Varsity Soccer Loses Sectional Game

On Tuesday, November 3, the New Lebanon Varsity Girls Soccer team played Whitehall in a Class D Sectional match-up. The first half was scoreless, but Whitehall scored a goal in the second half to earn the victory.
New Lebanon Goalie Jill Risko saved 5 of 6 shots. Whitehall Goalie  Katie Paddock made 11  saves. Brittany St. Clair scored for Whitehall.
On Friday, October 30, the New Lebanon Girls Varsity Soccer won a Sectional math-up with Bolton. The Tigers scored in the first half and added two more in the second half.
The New Lebanon Goalie, Jill Risko, had to make only 2 saves on 2 shots. The Bolton Goalie, Roselynn Denne, made 9 saves.
New Lebanon goals were scored by Hannah Springer, Anna Hogle and Geneva Furlano, who also had one assist.
The New Lebanon Girl’s Varsity Soccer record for this season is 7-7-2 in the League and 8-7-2 overall.
