PVMCC News

November 6, 2009 By eastwickpress

The Veterans Hall Café is adding healthy choices to its menu.  Ann Schnoop, consultant for Arbonne, will be making a healthy breakfast food each Tuesday. Arbonne is described as the “ultimate in healthy food choices.” The Café is open from 7 to 9 am each weekday that there is school.
The annual Veterans Day Covered Dish Supper will be Saturday, November 7, at 6 pm with music by the Hill Hollow Band at 7 pm. Please bring a dish to share. A Veterans Flower Garden is being planted on Saturday as well. The garden will be along the eastern wall of the Hall facing the parking lot. A daffodil bulb to honor a veteran will be available for a modest donation to PVMCC, and a volunteer student will plant it in the new garden. Then watch for the Veteran’s Honor Garden to bloom in the Spring.
The PVMCC Craft  Fair will be held December 5. Crafters are needed to make this a success.  Rental fees are: space, $15,  table, $5, and use of electricity, $5.  Crafters may contact PVMCC at 518-658-3260 for reservations.
