Plans are in full swing for the Immaculate Conception Church’s Fifth Annual Mardi Gras Gala on Friday, February 12. It is the first event to be held in the Church Hall since the installation of the new heating system.
This exciting event, with decorations only duplicated in New Orleans, includes a smorgasbord of delicious homemade food (all you can eat) and scrumptious desserts by the Dacchilles. After dinner, folks will be treated to the best entertainment the community has to offer, including music by Richard Cherry, Wayne Wilson, Shari Hand, Krissy Fauler, Ric DiDonato, Dave Sutton and more. There will be jokes, stories and fantastic door prizes, all for only $20. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Dinner is at 6, and the entertainment begins at 7. As Joanie James, Mardi Gras Chairperson, said, “It’s going to be H – U – G – E !”
