Berlin – Jess Wynants, former Berlin, NY, resident, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2010, at his home in New Brunswick, NJ, after a long battle with lung cancer. Mr. Wynants was 52 years old.
He is survived by his wife Patty and his daughter Sali of New Brunswick. Prior to his illness, Mr. Wynants shared a love of carpentry and woodwork with his father LeGrand Wynants of Berlin. He is also survived by his mother, Maryann Wynants, his sister, Hilda-lee, his brother, David Wynants, and numerous nieces and nephews. His younger brother pre-deceased Jess, also from lung cancer.
The family will be accepting visitors at the Thomas M. Barber Funeral Home, 66 Armsby Road, Petersburgh, NY, on Saturday, January 16, from 1 to 3 pm.
