The Petersburgh Public Library book discussion will meet Monday, February 15, at 7:30 pm to discuss the book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. This book takes the author and her family on a journey away from the industrial food pipeline to a rural life in which they vow to buy only food raised in their own neighborhood, grow it themselves or learn to live without it. Everyone is invited to join in the discussion of the book. Copies of the book are available at the Library.
Pre-school story hour meets Tuesday mornings at 10 am. Children are invited to join us for stories, songs, activities, crafts and snacks. The theme on Tuesday, January 25, will be Monkey Business, and on February 2 it will be Dinosaurs.
