Weight Watchers At Work Program

Is your New Year’s Resolution to lose the weight that you put on over the past year?  Are you ready to get on the path of weight-loss success?   You can achieve it, at the Berlin Elementary School with the Weight Watchers at Work Program sponsored by the District Health Council.
Things you should know about meetings:
• Each weigh-in is confidential with the Weight Watchers Leader.
• Meetings are for both men & women.
• There are no food requirements…eat what you like.
• Meetings are dynamic, diverse and fun.
• Leaders have lost weight and kept it off with Weight Watchers.
• You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to, but we are there to support you.
• Weight Watchers e-Tools is available for additional support at home.
• There are flexible payment options to choose from.
• You can always check out a meeting for free*. (*Free meetings do not include materials.)
If we get just the 15 enrollees needed to guarantee a meeting, the meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 3:30 pm in the cafeteria at the Berlin Elementary School.  Meetings run approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
Learn how to lose weight and keep it off. Plans are flexible, sustainable and fit your lifestyle.
