Kathleen B. DeLuca

Hoosick Falls – Kathleen B. DeLuca, 84, died on Friday, February 19, 2010, at the Southington Care Center in Southington, CT, with her daughter by her side. She had formerly resided in Hoosick Falls, NY, and was the wife of the late Joseph DeLuca, who died several years ago.
Born on November 9, 1925, in Bennington, VT, Kathleen was the daughter of the late George M. and Kathleen (Sears) Chapman. She attended schools in Bennington. Kathleen was employed at the Lovejoy Chaplet in Hoosick Falls. She was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church in Hoosick Falls.
Survivors include her daughter, Darla A. Lawson and husband Donald of Prospect, CT, her son, Lawrence DeLuca of Pittsfield, MA, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hoosick Falls. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home in Hoosick Falls.
