Watering Hole On Auction Block

Carmody's West on Route 7 in Hoosick will be auctioned for owner TJ Carmody at 2 pm on March 5. The site is listed as a fully established business that includes 12.42 +/- acres of prime real estate and a full service restaurant. It's being auctioned with "all equipment, right down to the Salt and Pepper Shakers." Improvements to the property total well over $200,000 and include a Presby septic system, drilled well with UV system, wiring, heating system, AC units, windows, Bocce Ball Courts, pad for a pressed concrete patio and new bathrooms.
