The Grafton Community Library is pleased to announce that the Library has been awarded a Community Art$ Grant for its Summer Arts and Reading Program. The Arts Center of the Capital Region offers the Community Art$ Grant program to eligible community organizations in Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady counties for community arts and cultural projects.
At a reception for Community Art$ Grant recipients on January 20, Library President Tim Holt accepted the grant check for $688 on behalf of the Grafton Community Library. The grant will fund a series of summer programs presented at the Library

and at the Grafton Summer Youth Program as well as the kick off to the Summer Reading Program. Scheduled presenters include The High Peaks Juggling Show, Dyken Pond Environmental Education Center, Children’s Museum of Science and Technology and the Bennington Museum.
