The weather wasn’t the least bit cooperative last Thursday for Ladies Night Out at the Hoosick Community Youth Center. Many women braved the elements to have a massage or a manicure or a free soothing hand waxing treatment. More than 20 vendors, displaying flowers, candles, chocolates, wines, foods, cosmetics, health products, toys, scrap-booking supplies, jewelry and scarves kept the ladies moving from spot to spot. There were door prizes and a 50/50 raffle to add to the fun.

Organizers hope to make Ladies Night Out an annual event.
