Lt. Col. Eric C. Weber Returns From Iraq

Army National Guard Lt. Col. Eric C. Weber is returning to the U.S. after a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He will return to Fort Dix, NJ, for debriefing, evaluations and out-processing procedures before returning to his regularly assigned National Guard unit.
Weber served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Iraq Theater of Operations.  A logistics, engineering and security assistance planner, he is assigned to the 53rd Army Liaison Team, based in Latham.  He has served in the military for 30 years.
Weber is the son of Madeline Henrickson of Northwest Drive, Wynantskill and Walter C. Weber of Berlin.
His wife, Christine, is the daughter of Carolyn Beck of Marble Road, East Greenbush.
The Colonel graduated from Berlin Central School and received a bachelor’s degree in 1979 from Nyack College, NY.
