PVMCC News

The Petersburgh Veterans Memorial Community Center is pleased to announce an award of $1,000 from the Stewart’s Holiday Match Fund. This funding supports the hiring of program leaders for teen programs at PVMCC. To celebrate this award, Teen Night has been scheduled for Friday, April 9, from 7 to 9:30 pm, supervised by Kasson Sauer. DJ music will be provided by Aaron Willis. There will be complimentary root beer floats for all! The entrance fee is $2.
A Lego Building Competition Program is planned for April 6 from 10 to 11:30 am with MaryLou Hunt and Danyelle Meyers. They are also leading a workshop called “It’s Electric Dance” on April 7 from 9:30 am to 12 pm for grades k-5 and 3 to 5:30 pm for grades 6-12. No pre-regisration is necessary. Learn to dance the Macarena, electric slide, cha-cha slide and some oldies but goodies. The cost is $2 for all programs.
